• Notifications now have a home. There is a new bell in the header with a dot on it when something is waiting, and a Notifications page behind it that keeps everything that has happened on your account — approvals and rejections, creator rewards, finished and failed exports, level changes, projects shared with you, and decisions on your entity suggestions. Until now these arrived only as pop-ups in the corner, and closing one deleted it for good; if you were away when it appeared, or dismissed it by accident, it was gone. Nothing is lost now — you can come back to it and read the whole history whenever you like.
• Followers and Following on every profile. Profiles now have Followers and Following tabs, so you can see who follows a creator and who they follow, and follow anyone straight from the list. Both lists are public, just like the follower count already was.

• The feed keeps going for longer. If you follow only a few creators, the feed used to run out after a handful of projects even though there was plenty left to watch. It now mixes in more from across the site, and no single creator can take over the run — so you see a wider spread of work and the feed keeps going much further.
• A proper ending. When you really have reached the end, the feed now finishes on a card that says so, with a shortcut to start again from the top, instead of simply refusing to scroll.
• The feed opens faster. Projects start playing noticeably sooner, and the loading spinner now sits in the middle of the screen while you wait.

• Two new layers: Shake and Celebration. Shake moves your other layers together for a burst of impact — pick the whole scene, everything but the background, or just the layers you choose. • Color palettes. Glow, Celebration and the bar chart race winner confetti now share a palette picker: choose a ready-made set such as Party, Warm or Gold, or switch to Custom and build your own with as many colors as you like. • Feed: watch projects one after another. The new Feed plays finished projects full screen, one at a time — scroll down for the next one, and when a project ends the next one starts on its own. What you see is picked for you: the creators you follow come first, then projects similar to the ones you upvote and watch to the end, alongside what is trending and new. You are never shown the same project twice, and the next one loads while you are still watching the current one, so it starts without a wait. Follow a creator from the feed or their profile to see more of their work, and their profile now shows how many followers they have. You can play, pause and scrub through a project, and open it in full to see how it was made. Signing in is not required — but sign in and the feed remembers what you have already seen. Find it under Feed in the menu.

• Copying a chart layer between projects keeps its data. Paste a bar, line, map, pie, bubble, treemap or table layer into a different project and you are now asked what it should read: bring a copy of the original data with it, point it at a dataset already in this project, or start it empty. Before, the pasted layer quietly latched onto whichever dataset happened to sit in the same position in the new project — so a map you copied could arrive showing someone else’s numbers, or nothing at all. Copying a layer within the same project is unchanged and still shares that project’s data.

• New layer: Glow. Fill the background with a field of drifting, pulsing lights. Pick a Preset — Plankton, Dust, Snow, Embers or Fireflies — and a Color, and leave Color on Auto to let it follow the preset, so Embers comes out warm and Snow stays neutral. Turn on Advanced to tune everything by hand: count, size, drift speed and direction, glow speed, brightness, clustering, the soft haze behind the motes, and your own start and end colors. You choose how long the reveal takes, how long each item takes to appear, and the order they arrive in — lowest first so the leader lands last, highest first, or the order your rows are in. On a map, countries wait in the No Data color and light up as their turn comes.

• Refresh a spreadsheet that came from statistics in one click. A sheet built from a statistics category remembers where it came from, so a Refresh button in the toolbar fetches the latest numbers without you picking the category, field and period again. It updates the data already in your sheet rather than adding to it: newer years fill in, nothing is removed, and columns you added or edited by hand are left alone. A snapshot is taken first, so a refresh can be undone from History like any other change.
• Give every country on a map chart its own image. Adding Area Images now puts an Image row in your sheet, so each country gets its own flag, logo or photo the same way bars do. The image sits on top of the country or fills its shape, and small countries can be left out with the visibility threshold. If you use a custom legend and give a legend item an image, that image takes over for every country in the band, so you can still show one picture per group when that reads better.

• Map charts can show values as dots instead of colored countries. A map normally shades each country by its value, which makes a big country look important even when its number is small. The new dot density mode draws one dot per unit you choose instead, so the amount you are showing is what fills the map. Set what a single dot represents, pick the dot size and color, and dots appear across each country as its value grows and disappear again as it falls, so a chain opening locations or a population rising reads as the map visibly filling up. New dots can pop into place or simply appear.

• Animation timing is now its own setting on every race chart. Bar, table, pie, bubble and treemap races have separate controls for how long a value change takes and where in each step it happens, instead of sharing the overtake setting. Values and positions now move together in fixed-duration mode, and animation settings can be copied and pasted between any layers that animate, including maps.
• Background layers behave correctly in intro and outro. A background always fills the frame and can no longer be resized or moved out of place, while its duration still adjusts and now extends the intro or outro to match. The reorder arrows in the branding editor point the way the layer actually moves.

• Teams: work on charts together in a shared workspace. Everyone in a team shares the same projects, folders, files, spreadsheets and brand kits, and a switcher next to the logo moves you between your personal space and each team. Your personal projects stay private. Every member gets the full Pro feature set and their own export slot, so teammates never block each other, and storage is pooled per seat. Owners and admins manage billing and members, members create and edit, and viewers are a free read-only seat for clients — invite as many as you like. Seats are billed monthly or annually and can be changed any time; if a payment fails the workspace turns read-only rather than being deleted.
• Copy and paste settings between layers. Every settings section now has a menu with Copy and Paste, so a legend, animation or style you have tuned can be reused on another layer instead of being rebuilt by hand. Pasting makes the target match what you copied, including clearing settings the original did not use, and it counts as a single step you can undo.

• Large images are now optimized when you add them. Photos straight from a phone or camera are far bigger than a video ever needs, and they made projects slow to open and edit. JPEG and PNG images are now scaled down as they are uploaded, so a large photo becomes a much smaller file with no visible difference in your chart. Your original is untouched if the smaller version would not actually save anything, and animated GIFs, WebP images and SVG logos are left exactly as they are.
• Analyze Issues now finds oversized images. Images already in your project that are much larger than the video needs are reported alongside missing and protected images. Resolving them replaces the images in your project with smaller versions, which makes the editor and export noticeably faster on image-heavy projects.

• New layer: Audio Visualizer (beta). Turn the sound in your project into an animated frequency spectrum. Choose upright Linear bars or a Radial ring, then resize and place it like any other layer. Style it with a solid color or a multi-stop gradient, and adjust the ring size, space between bars and number of bars — or leave Bar Density on Auto so it follows the layer size. It listens to uploaded audio, generated narration and chart sound effects, and keeps reacting when preview sound is muted. If the project has no supported audio, the editor tells you what to add. Available to everyone.
• Annotations are easier to find. The free Annotations layer now appears with the other free layers, before the Pro chart layers in the Add Layer window.
• Centered layers can now be repositioned. Drag a layer that is aligned to the horizontal or vertical center and it keeps its new offset from that center. You can also enter an exact Horizontal Offset or Vertical Offset under Position & Size. The layer remains center-relative when the canvas size changes.
• Short audio now ends cleanly. If a non-looping audio file is shorter than its layer, the remaining time is silent and the Audio Visualizer returns to rest instead of sticking on the final sound.

• Font Family now shows every font in its own typeface. Open the Font Family list on any chart or text element and each name is drawn in the font itself, so you can see what you are picking before you pick it. The same list is used everywhere a font is chosen, including the heading and body fonts in your brand settings.

• Fill in a date column without typing every date. Generate Dates, next to Add Row in the Table menu, writes a whole date column from a start and an end. Pick yearly, monthly, daily or minutely, set a step to count in twos or fives, and see how many dates you will get before you commit. Add new dates carries on from the last date already in your sheet, and Fix existing dates re-dates the rows you have — handy when an import arrives with dates in the wrong format or missing entirely. • Abbreviated numbers can show the digits you want. Abbreviated Digits sets how many decimals large numbers keep — 1.23M, 1.2M or 1M — and applies the same choice to thousands, so 123,456 can read as 123K instead. Available on every chart that shows values. Leave it unset and numbers look exactly as they do today. Rolling digits follow the same setting, so an animated value can no longer disagree with the number beside it.
• Bar chart ruler labels can sit left, right or centered. Ruler Label Position is now the first setting in the Ruler section. Choose Center and the label is centered on its line with the line starting just below it, instead of tucked to one side.
• Values can change color as they gain or lose. Turn on Gain and loss colors and each value is painted by the direction it moved — one color when it rises, another when it falls, and its normal color when it holds. Pick either color and leave the other blank to highlight only gains or only losses. If you show Growth, Apply to growth too carries the same colors onto the growth figure. Bar chart races for now.
• New Rolling Growth function. Alongside Sum and Growth, Rolling Growth plots how much a value gained across the last few periods rather than since the previous one — set Rolling Period to 7 on daily data for a weekly gain. Smooths out spiky day-to-day numbers while keeping the trend. Available on bar, line, table and map charts, and on the value and total layers.

• Line chart races with an item limit now change over time. Item Count now picks the top items at every date instead of once at the end, so lines leave the chart as they fall behind and new ones enter as they climb. Existing charts with an Item Count set will look different the next time you render them.
• Line chart labels no longer overlap. When series run close together, their names and values are nudged apart just enough to stay readable — the markers stay on their exact values. During an overtake only the leading item is labelled, instead of both stacking on top of each other while the lines cross.
• New look for line chart label backgrounds. Item Background has moved out of Items into its own Label Background section, with controls for corner radius, horizontal and vertical space, and a custom fill color — pick one and the text keeps its own item color instead of flipping to black or white. Charts that already had it turned on keep their current look.

• Line chart races can now plot the gap between two items. Turn on Show Difference, pick a first and second item, and the chart draws a single line for the difference between them instead of every item's raw value — crossing below zero when the second item takes the lead. Works alongside zoom, so you can still pan and scale into the gap over time. Choose whether the line keeps its sign or shows the gap as a plain magnitude.
• Vertical ruler labels can move to the left of the chart. Set the label position to "Left of chart" and the plot shifts right to make room, so value labels sit in their own column instead of overlapping the lines. Label width and spacing are both adjustable.
• Horizontal ruler date labels are now centered on their line instead of sitting to its right, for a cleaner look. The first and last labels keep their old position so they never spill outside the chart.

• New layer: Annotations (beta). Point out what matters with a caption and a line drawn straight to the bar, slice, row or country it describes. The line follows its target as the chart animates, and steps aside when that item drops off screen. Press Generate and it writes a set for you from the moments already in your data — overtakes, records, the finish — which you can then reword, retime or delete.
